Cut the red peppers, onion, and garlic into small pieces. 2. Heat up some olive oil in a pot and fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes until they’re soft. 3. Add the vegetable broth and tomato paste and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. 4. Use a blender to blend the Paprikasoße until it’s smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.
